Smoothies can be an easy way to have a healthy quick breakfast and actually can drink them anytime of the day. Add any of your favorite fresh or frozen fruit and blend! Instead of adding milk all the time try some yogurt. Here is one of my favorites, which actually is a hit with children as well.
You will need:
Low-fat Organic Stoneybrook Farm Yogurt Banilla 3 scoops
Strawberries 1/2 cup
Blueberries 1/2 cup
Blackberries 1/2 cup
Ice (minimal)
Put all ingredients together in the blender and serve cold!
