This drink will provide vitamin C, calcium and some protein.This would be just your beverage for the morning you would still have to have something to go with the drink, like oatmeal, or an omelet. You can use any brand, although i prefer Tropicana orange juice, and 8th Continent for the vanilla soy milk . The size you wish to drink depends completely on how much of each you will need. Equal amounts of both the orange juice and soy milk is needed. It is quite simple, if you wish to drink 8 oz then you will use 4 oz of orange juice and add 4 oz of vanilla soy milk. Mix together and serve cold.
